Flavors of plum compote become smudged on the palate, revealing a generosity that seems to have been pulled a touch too far. The finish continues with more of the non-fruit profile, featuring beef broth and blood notes. Bottles like this are a one-shot, one-kill and likely won't be better the second day open.
