All Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 92% new French oak, the cedar and vanilla notes are noticeable, but they're definitely in the background, as they are in all of the Kapcsandy wines. Medium to full-bodied, this wine is silky and framed by fine-grained tannins, balanced and long on the finish. There's a poise to these wines in 2021 that sets them apart.
