Exhibiting aromas of jammy berry fruit, licorice, melted chocolate and sweet spices, it's full-bodied, rich and broad-shouldered, with a layered, concentrated core abundantly endowed with tannin and alcohol. Powerful and heady, it's a bit of a monster, though it's more integrated at this stage than the Beaux Monts.
