Displaying a deep ruby edge and magenta core, the 2018 Double Lucky #8 begins with a dark-fruited and spicy pop from the Grenache and Syrah as floral and dusty cherry aromas sway with elegance. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is marked with the same umami character as the rest of the range and offers a spicy and slightly smoky nuance followed by bright, fresh and dusty red fruits along with red and black spice tones across the mid-palate.
