 | Qty=4Size=750 ml, RP[92+]"The 2013 Metisse Jumping Goat Vineyard (78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot and 7% Merlot) from this vineyard in St. Helena was coiled and tightly knit, but showing loads of upside and potential. An opaque ruby/purple color and notes of strained blackcurrants, camphor and licorice were all present in this full-bodied wine, which also has a subtle dose of toasty oak (about 70% new French barrels are used). This wine needs another 2-3 years of cellaring and should keep well for two decades or more." - Robert Parker, robertparker.com (Oct 29, 2015) |
